1. Booking Confirmation & Payment Policy
- Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of an advance booking deposit (typically 25% of the total package value).
- The remaining balance must be settled prior to or upon arrival at the first destination as indicated in your booking confirmation voucher.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- **30+ days prior to arrival:** 90% refund of the advance deposit (10% nominal administrative fee retained).
- **15 to 29 days prior to arrival:** 50% refund of the package deposit.
- **Less than 15 days prior to arrival:** No refund applicable due to non-refundable peak season resort and houseboat reservations.
3. Houseboat Operations
- Standard check-in time for overnight private houseboats is 12:00 Noon and check-out is 09:00 AM the following morning.
- In accordance with Kerala Port and Government regulations, houseboat cruising is permitted from 12:00 PM to 05:30 PM, after which boats are safely anchored at the lakeside.
- Air conditioning in Deluxe Houseboats operates between 09:00 PM and 06:00 AM in the bedrooms; Premium and Luxury categories provide full-time AC.
4. Vehicle & Driver Guidelines
- AC vehicles are provided for all airport transfers and point-to-point sightseeing as per the agreed itinerary.
- In hill station areas (such as high Munnar inclines), vehicle AC may be momentarily switched off to ensure engine safety during steep climbs.
5. Force Majeure
My Holidays Kerala shall not be held liable for itinerary changes, delays, or cancellations caused by natural calamities, heavy landslides, adverse weather conditions, political strikes, or sudden government restrictions.
